Combating Technology-facilitated Gender-based Violence (TFGBV) through the Lens of International Human Rights Law
This document, developed with the support of UNFPA, identifies common gaps across different jurisdictions of Technology-facilitated Gender-based Violence and synthesizes the main conceptual, strategic, and legislative challenges. Produced with an intersectional and human rights–centered approach, this work aims to guide future legal and policy reforms. Its purpose is to support policymakers, researchers, and human rights defenders in building coherent and rights-protective frameworks to prevent, address, and remedy TFGBV.
