Joint Submission to the Global Dialogue on Artificial Intelligence
This joint submission, prepared by Derechos Digitales, Foxglove Legal, International Lawyers Assisting Workers Network, and International Trade Union Confederation, addresses the future of work and workers in the context of the Global Dialogue on AI consultation.
Our responses highlight priorities for AI governance that center workers’ rights, including: ensuring decent work standards; strengthening transparency, accountability, and human oversight; addressing labor impacts such as surveillance, job quality, and algorithmic management; and advancing meaningful participation of workers and trade unions in AI decision-making processes.
